From Vision to Reality: How We’re Building the Future of Sports

In partnership with the Bulgarian Football Union, we’re setting new standards in youth performance and player development

When we defined our company’s mission and vision years ago and chose our slogan, we didn’t want them to be just nice words on a website. We wanted them to have real meaning. We chose words we truly believe in – words that guide us every day. That’s how we came up with our motto: “We build the future of sports.” A motto that became our principle. And a principle we’re now bringing to life.

Our latest project that proves this is our partnership with the Bulgarian Football Union. Together with our long-term partners, we’ve launched a large-scale program to assess the physical and functional performance of players in Bulgaria’s elite youth football. Through what’s called the National Test Battery, we’re evaluating how young players from academies and national teams perform – starting with the U15 group and gradually covering all elite youth categories in the country.

The testing measures components such as anaerobic capacity and maximum speed. We assess strength, reactive power, and landing control, and analyze movement quality, range of motion, overall conditioning, and key physical parameters linked directly with injury risk and prevention.

All the data is run through our algorithms and AI engine, and is processed by our team of sports scientists, who prepare detailed individual reports on each player’s condition, along with recommendations for improvement. The results are shared with players’ clubs and coaches, with one clear goal: progress driven by data and science, helping shape the next generation of champions. This project matters deeply to us because it supports the growth of young talent –the future of football. Helping build strong, healthy, and technically skilled players who avoid non-contact injuries is a mission that everyone at Barin Sports stands behind.
